With extensive experience working internationally in the field of socially engaged arts and philanthropy, Lauren Agosta brings a creativity and people-centered approach to her consulting work. She has a background as both a grant maker and a practicing artist. Lauren believes in centering joy and play in her work, especially for those working on deeply intractable issues, to help create sustainable practices that can protect against burn out. Lauren does not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, and will work with you to tailor her approach to the work to best suit your needs.
